- What happens if I need to adjust or cancel my web order? Please reach out to our team immediately. Because we process orders swiftly within a 0 – 1 Business Day window, we can only modify or adjust line items if the packaging team has not yet prepared your box for dispatch or local store collection.
- Are there any hidden handling fees or restocking penalties? Absolutely not. We believe in total financial transparency. Pet Island II charges exactly $0.00 restocking fees for all eligible returns, and you will never encounter surprise handling markups at checkout.
Shipping, Rates & Free Store Pickup
- Do you support international shipping coordinates? No. To guarantee reliable, high-speed tracking and transit safety, we ship exclusively to physical addresses within the United States. We do not support international distribution channels at this time.

What are your shipping rates and complete delivery timelines?
Standard courier shipping is **completely FREE for orders over $50.00**, while smaller packages under $50.00 carry a flat rate of just **$4.95**. Our logistical timelines are formalized as follows:

- How does your Free Local Store Pickup service work? It is fast and completely free! Simply select the "Local Pickup" route during checkout. Our shop floor team will assemble your order, making it ready for collection within 2 hours. You will receive an automated "Ready for Pickup" email notification the moment your items are packed and waiting at our Grand Street counter.
Returns, Safety Exemptions & Transit Damages
- What is your storefront's exact return policy timeframe? We support a uniform 14-day return window across our entire store. You have the right to request a return for eligible items within exactly 14 days of carrier delivery tracking. Items must remain completely unused, unwashed, factory-sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify.
- Which specific items are strictly exempt from being returned? To protect the health, biosecurity, and safety of all neighborhood pets, we cannot accept returns on opened food bags, treats, pet supplements, or grooming formulas. Additionally, any pet beds, carriers, or toys that have been used or removed from their factory tags are exempt from returns. Clearance promotional items are marked final sale.
- What should I do if my box arrives structurally damaged? If a package is compromised during courier transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing help@petisland2.com. Please provide your order number alongside clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and outer packaging so we can issue an immediate replacement or refund.
